London Fashion week 16th/9/11

Another year and FASHION EVENT ! LFW (London Fashion Weeks ) storms through again at the beautifully set Somerset House London England.
At hand was myself to take explanation and excitement in today's Fashion.

 Now whoever said quirky in older generation wasn't cool, I found Ms confident fluttering around
in this OVER LARGE SCARF to die for and interestingly enough her undergarment  jacket  also screamed pretty embroidery.
 Its playful its autumn its busy... enough to reflect her personality and style. Which was... ''Excuss me do you have a big enough lens ?  hahaaaaaaa"  (yes she did say that to me )

Tea stopped confirmed.

Kings cross where every one has to be somewhere ! Waiting for the bus or someone flagging a taxi or dashing across the London roads. (Dangerous I know but hey... its London)

As I was heading off to a creative appointment I stopped these guys as the over tops (JACKETS) where very interesting and yummy for the eye!

Late August going into September perfect warm reds yellows and blues are creeping into high fashion collections, high street stores, and its in the STREETS!
The couples textured jackets capture a dreamy but edgy look velvet corduroy and fluffed picked, shaggy jackets are exciting ways to insert warmth and style into this season. Dress it up or down with jeans ruffled scooped neck, for male or female.

I mean I would high jack the guys blazer and wear it with a longsleeve blue or mustard yellow top or a stressed LDB dress and pumps, boots I can go on..

While the young lady's jacket can be worn day or night with a black slinky maxi dress or layered top and dark denim jeans think... ''All Saints" shop meets  few accessory's from Camden.

Bustling down the stairs of Tottenham Hale St,

I tea stopped a rather relaxed street styler!

I love the chain. The accessory of the chain I believe brings together the outfit, a different approach and way of looking rather than the expected 'Posh nip and tuck Boat shoe vibe.'

As this wearer has a flung on long sleeve grey tee impacted with a broad leather buckle belt. The chain also balances the hat!  Chains, rings, scarfs, watches, ties, man bags and much more, on men are important key accents to who they are with style and a sneak insight to what they are confident in wearing.
I found this to be a delightful tea stopp.

Simplistic but inspiring to find out more what is put together for this individual!

If you havent suspected I adore shoes although yesterday was crazy because there was miserbale rain tackling the streets of London. Walking to escape onto a bus, somone had to get stopped and it was this young lady who seemed not to care about the weather, as statement of her outfit spoke the same!

I can just list instead of my usual writing

Tea Stopps...

We do see people put ultimate effort in capsuling a image or type of style whether its designer shoes, sweetpea dresses, panelled leggings, scarfs draped around neck ect.. The purpose of having style is to feel positive and represent what you stand for and what makes you feel good, other wise everything looks forced and lost.
 Having see this outfit showed effortless style, and was so interesting for me to Teastopp.

( pretentious style = not successful style ! )

 I enjoy the idea she still kept everything dark and intense not breaking up the dominate textures of the panel leather dress with under garment of the wool longsleeve top, and the surreal swirled tights.
The White shirt high neck shirt is the sharp accent for all the excitement of whats happening pull together. The peak bolwer hat told me there wanted to be a sence of classic sweetness can be remembered in a outfit so hard hitting.

A white leather is rocked,  I would have done red clutch bag and thrown on the same hat but in a soft purple.
But and the end of the day that's her style and it works ....!

Tea discusses...Dan Wilton Photography

Having a love for interesting style in fashion and accessory's always excites me, however I'm a LOVER for all art ! As a artist myself  Photographer Dan Wilton captures my immediate attention, and of course... I'm going to tell you why :-)

Dan Wilton photography reminds me of  the bitter sweet days, a mixture between uncertainly and lively moments. Emotions and creative concepts from everyday people such as his portraits  'young fathers' and  'fuck off i love you.'
 Its apparent to me that the artist indulges in different types of styles he uses to display to his audience.
Whether personal high fashion or portraits I believe his strenght lies within how he makes each image exciting but indifferent to the last.
It can be agreed that the environment has the aura of streetyle style ranging through bustops, highstreet and park shots and all tells detail about British culture. The honesty and edge of his work is brilliant with my favourites  'Are you experienced?' and 'blood sweat tears'
   Dan Wilton executes his work modestly until you are confronted with his fashion images that he challenges you with soft lighting on a bright day or a dark stairway full of intensity and imagination, in addition with the way in which the camera angles are shot.
With photography being able to take risks is important but also delivering these risk and creative surprises allows images to become very much alive and kicking and that's pretty much what Dan Wilton work certainly does!

TEAs... top ten10 AMY WINEHOUSE never forgotten. x

Im so very much affected by the news of Amy Winehouse as I was a massive fan, RIP sweetheart...
North Londons talent gone but so not forgotten September born London born Camden born.
WE Loved you Amy.

So im going to give you my favorite top ten 10 best memeories and photographs taken of her in public by the press, before she sadly left us (14 September 1983 – 23 July 2011)


1. Amy didnt speak as much in public but when she did, the photographs captured nothing but herself.

 2. I adore the FACT everyone who is a female and happens to be a virgo tends to wears yellow confident Amy Winehouse projected her boldness in a canery yellow dress at the Brit award London 2007. She looked amazing.

3. Tight camera shots of Ms Winehouse when performing always make me feel in tune with myself  knowing who you are, its okay to have doubts, and empowerment her lyrics and her projection feels like shes telling me everything will work out. In her trademark beautiful distinct croaked, soulful tone.

4. Yes never hiding from the public when it came to court cases, night out walking off edge in Camden or off to rehab, Amy heads out with that beehive im still fasinated by. Even in windy conditions her hair style and overall attire stays very much modern but classic. And of course keeping it real.

Of course again the outstanding album 'Back to Black'

I heard 'rehab' when I was in the states 2007 and having seen who she was I said stright away "this girl is ODD looking"

but her music was intense and REAL. I loved her ever since, shes helped me stay grounded in my life and confirms who I am in todays world,  regardless of her type of decisions she was making and still was, I respected her as a person and musically.

6. I remember seeing this in various newspapers and thought Amys bloody cool!

7.   Laied back, painful, defeatless, lost in thoughts, or couldnt give a s*** attitude or maybe a mixture of them all, this photo shows me amy had alot going for her.

8.  Rehab shot on the bed Amy Winehouse looks hot with her tousled hair and frosted pink lips, its always good to see her at her BEST. With the exception of a smudged eyes or crazy hair she made it work for her because he lyrics displayed just THAT!

The grin says it all really... LOL

HOWEVER  you remembered her she left us all with somthing.
